Staff and students were treated to culinary delights when they were invited to taste dished prepared by HIU student competing to be HIU’s Culinary Chef of the Year.
Xu Nuo, student, “ My chicken wings are the most well received by staff and students. My Mother likes to eat this dish so I thought that everyone else would.”
Students were judged on the basis of colour, aroma, flavour, taste and shape. Amongst the winning dishes were steamed fish, chicken wings, mushroom meat pie, and original sushi.
